We are looking for a Tier 1 Support Engineer to be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering timely solutions. In this role, you will engage with customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless experience while maintaining accurate records and escalating concerns when necessary.
