About The Position

Our client is seeking a Tier 1 Network/Service Desk analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience or related technical school training. This role is responsible for handling inbound phone calls from end users, providing after-hours network support, troubleshooting issues, and escalating to tier 2/3 teams when necessary. The candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills in network, MS 365, and ServiceNOW.

Requirements

  • 6 months - 1 year of experience or related technical school training.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in network.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in MS 365.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in ServiceNOW.
  • Experience with Active Directory.
  • Experience with hardware support.
  • Experience with application support.
  • Customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound phone calls from end users.
  • Provide after-hours network support.
  • Troubleshoot network, MS 365, and ServiceNOW issues.
  • Escalate issues to tier 2/3 teams as needed.
