About The Position

Ticketing Representatives will assist with all aspects of event day ticket operations at Energizer Park Ticket Office. Energizer Park will be hosting roughly 40+ ticketed events throughout the year and this position(s) will play a critical role in customer experience by providing the highest level of customer service, resolution of ticket issues and interacting with fans to ensure the smoothest ticketing experience possible. This role reports to the Manager of Ticket Operations.

  • High school degree or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Box Office and or/SeatGeek experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and solve issues/errors concerning ticket management, mobile app, and scanning.
  • Box office duties on match days and other arena events; providing excellent customer service and box office needs and tasks for all MLS and non-MLS ticketed events at Energizer Park.
  • Provides in-person customer service for tickets, seating, and stadium inquiries.
  • Utilizes ticketing database, SeatGeek, to support necessary ticket sales, service, and operations.
  • Assists ticket holders requiring accessible seating on event days.
  • Other duties as assigned.
