About The Position

Under the supervision of the Admissions/Ticketing Supervisor, the incumbent provides quality guest service through the sale of tickets, Bingo reservations and gift cards, either in person at specified work location or by phone, or both.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must possess well developed guest service technique, excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively interact with co-workers and guests, a clear, pleasant speaking voice and good hearing to ensure effective telephone communication.
• Must possess a personable, customer service attitude along with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand English required.
• Required to become proficient in various department specific computer programs.
• Extensive periods of keyboarding is required.
• Must be able to learn the job with hands on training.
• Position requires extended periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching with hands and arms, and talking.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must adhere to all Foxwoods and department specific policies.
