Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin’s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for a Ticketing and Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. This position in based in the US - any location (preferably close to one US attraction). The Ticketing & Merchandising Specialist will be responsible for executing North Americas merchandising approach, driving efficiency & consistency in execution to maximize revenue performance. The Ticketing & Merchandising Specialist will utilize knowledge of the admissions system to deliver packaging & pricing changes effectively & efficiency in like with prioritization, process & within an SLA. This role will support the Ticketing & Merchandising Manager in prioritizing the delivery of all admissions merchandising requests. This role champions consistent, best in class solutions to North Americas admissions system to unlock revenue opportunities. This role communicates the approach and progress of delivery to all key attraction stakeholders.
