Ticket Seller
About The Position
The Ticket Seller is responsible for greeting guests in a positive and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining general knowledge of mountain operations to assist customers with questions and issues. This role involves guiding guests to the appropriate products based on their needs, keeping a neat and clean workstation, and assisting with other Guest Services duties as requested. Hours of employment are dependent on business demands, requiring weekend availability and flexible weekday and evening availability. The starting rate for this position is $16.00 per hour.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Prior work experience
- Must have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy with cash handling
- Ability to be cross trained with the Guest Services position
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service and cash handling experience preferred
