About The Position

The Ticket Seller is responsible for the processing of single ticket sales to various events at Crypto.com Arena, and Peacock Theater. The Ticket Seller will also work Will Call windows during events, as well as customer service windows and any other related ticketing duties. The Ticket Seller is expected to maintain accuracy in handling all financial and ticketing transactions. Requirements

  • A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to accurately and efficiently deal with large quantities of cash and other payment methods; prior cash handling experience required.
  • Able to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Understand or able to learn basic computer skills.
  • Show commitment and willingness to provide excellent customer service.
  • Excellent skills in customer relations, communications, and problem solving.
  • Willing and able to set a great example for other staff.
  • Upon employment must join the IATSE Local 857 Union.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with ticketing systems, especially Veritix and Outbox
  • Bilingual is a plus (Spanish, other languages)

Responsibilities

  • Process single ticket sales at the Box Office.
  • Distribute Will Call tickets for events.
  • Provide information to patrons concerning performances and ticketing policies.
  • Answer the general Box Office phone line and provide customer support to guests calling in with questions.
  • Provide support to other Managers, Administrators, and Supervisors as needed within the Box Office.
