About The Position

Join us as an on-site Ticket & Activity Sales Agent! You'll be at the heart of guest services at The Depot and On-Mountain Sales locations, handling lift tickets, season passes, adventure activities, event tickets, and more. In this fast-paced role, you'll work as part of a dynamic team with comprehensive resort knowledge, guiding guests through their experience like a Swiss Army knife. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Preferred
• Resort and sales experience or one year of related work experience

Responsibilities

• Sell lift tickets, activities, and resort products through various sales systems.
• Provide exceptional guest service with knowledgeable and positive interactions.
• Guide guests through their vacation experience with recommendations and resort information.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere, including the appearance of On Mountain Sales locations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including money drops.
• Ensure proper inventory and supply levels.
• Participate in pre-shift, department, and resort meetings as needed.
