About The Position

We are Two Circles, a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business focused on growing audiences and revenues by understanding fans. We partner with clients to influence fan spending, event attendance, channel response, and content consumption. Our platforms and services are utilized by over 900 clients globally, including major organizations like the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike, and Amazon. With nearly 1000 employees across 14 offices, we serve sports and entertainment businesses worldwide. This role is for an analytical and commercially minded Ticket Revenue Manager to monitor ticket sales performance and drive pricing strategy for a significant Two Circles client in Los Angeles. The client is hosting a major global sports event, and this position will be part of a dedicated team for this program. The role requires proven experience in dynamic pricing and secondary ticketing markets, with the ability to track demand trends, translate resale market intelligence into pricing recommendations, and produce data-driven commercial reports. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Two Circles and Client teams to implement pricing changes, evaluate their impact, and proactively identify revenue optimization opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sports, entertainment, or a major business working with dynamic or secondary ticket pricing.
  • Analytical background with the ability to analyze ticket sales and derive actionable insights to support ticket pricing recommendations.
  • Deep experience with Microsoft Excel and ability to use AI to support deeper analytical decision making.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Must have a valid US driving license.
  • Must be willing to work on client site up to 4 days per week (Downtown LA).

Responsibilities

  • Monitor ticket sales performance, demand trends, and market conditions, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize pricing and maximize revenue.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on dynamic pricing and secondary ticketing markets, using resale market intelligence to recommend pricing adjustments.
  • Produce commercial reporting to support pricing adjustments and validate the impact of these changes.
  • Build strong working relationships across ticketing and other functional areas, acting as a collaborative and reliable team player within a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
  • Bring a genuine passion for sport, understanding the unique commercial dynamics of ticketing for a global sporting occasion.
  • Apply strong analytical thinking to interpret complex data sets, spot patterns in demand, and translate findings into actionable pricing strategies.
  • Confidently and clearly articulate ideas with senior stakeholders, adapting technical or data-heavy insights into recommendations that are easy to act on.
  • Remain adaptable and calm under pressure, balancing multiple priorities as ticket sales and market conditions evolve in real time.
