Internship: Ticket Operations (Part-Time/Seasonal)

About The Position

This position will support the day-to-day ticket operations for all MSE teams. This role will focus on the fundamentals of processing ticket orders, distributing tickets, and customer support. Requirements

Current undergraduate or graduate student.
Exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, strong desire to succeed, eagerness to learn, and passion for the sports industry.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Competitive nature and a positive demeanor.
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize workload and build business relationships in a professional and confidential manner.
Reliable transportation and housing.
Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours/week from September-May.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Processes Full Season, Partial Plan, and Group Sales ticket orders ensuring correct pricing and package configuration.
Processes payments for ticket orders.
Supports Membership Services departments with season ticket holder account requests.
Coordinate distribution of tickets via mail, text, will-call, and expedited shipping methods.
Utilize Ticketmaster platform including Archtics, Account Manager, TM1, and TM Host.
Provide customer support using the department’s shared email inbox.
Support the department with all assigned projects and administrative needs.
Other duties as assigned.
