About The Position

Daytona International Speedway is seeking Ticket Operations Associates to assist in ticket sales and support. The role involves providing customer service, upselling products, and processing orders via telephone, mail, and walk-ups. Associates will also assist with daily tour sales and service, practice Needs Based Selling techniques, and continually learn about new events, promotions, and operational materials. The position requires creating, selling, and processing a "DAYTONA EXPERIENCE" using ticket software and operating office machines. Additionally, responsibilities include assisting with offsite ticket sales and promotions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the sales and service of DIS daily tours.
  • Practice Needs Based Selling techniques through superior customer service, focusing on the customers' needs and educating.
  • Continually learn new events, promotions, sales techniques, and operational materials necessary to communicate to customers.
  • Create, sell, and process a DAYTONA EXPERIENCE via ticket software.
  • Operate computer, calculator, copier, and/or other office machines.
  • Assist with offsite ticket sales / promotions.
