About The Position

The Ticket Office Manager will oversee and coordinate all ticket staff and sales, troubleshoot issues, and manage and verify petty cash use and processes. This role also involves preparing reports as needed. Additionally, the manager will assist tournament directors in managing tee times, preparing event materials, updating the sales system, overseeing sponsorship payments and registrations for special events, and preparing weekly reports on event registration and sponsorships. The position also includes assisting in ticketing for awards ceremonies and managing sales and ticketing information with the conference for tournament events. As a supervisor, responsibilities include overseeing, guiding, and supporting employees to meet organizational goals, providing direction and motivation, effective communication, coaching and development, performance management, conflict resolution, and resource management. This role will supervise student workers, ticket staff, and share supervision of ticket office clerical support.

Requirements
