About The Position

The Ticket Line Coordinator performs general clerical duties as assigned, including auditing tickets to ensure all payments collected are received by the office and recorded on service tickets. This role involves verifying data entries by comparing source documents and entering service tickets into Solomon, reconciling them to deposits made. The coordinator will collaborate with the department and research information as needed, while adhering to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines. Duties may vary by location.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ year’s office and/or related clerical experience
  • Fast, accurate data entry or keyboarding skills
  • General computer competency is required
  • Minimum of 1-year experience Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work overtime with little notice
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Willingness to learn and be a part of a team
