About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on TIBCO Integration Architect to lead legacy TIBCO modernization, containerization, and deployment of scalable, highly available enterprise integration solutions. The role involves designing and implementing integrations with TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, and JMS; migrating legacy applications to BWCE and Kubernetes or OpenShift; and deploying containerized applications and cloud-based solutions. The architect will also lead architecture reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical documentation.

Requirements

12+ years of overall IT experience.
7+ years of TIBCO BusinessWorks development and architecture experience.
Expertise in TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x/6.x and BWCE.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes or OpenShift.
Experience with TIBCO EMS/JMS, REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, and XSLT.
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on TIBCO migration and modernization experience, including migrating legacy applications to containerized environments.
Hands-on BWCE deployment on Kubernetes or OpenShift.
Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong integration architecture and technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO BW5, BW6, BWCE, EMS, and JMS.
Lead migration of legacy TIBCO applications to BWCE and Kubernetes or OpenShift.
Design and deploy containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
Design REST/SOAP APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations.
Implement cloud deployments, monitoring, security, scaling, and high availability.
Lead architecture reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical documentation.
