About The Position

This role is focused on driving Wireline Operations Support (WOS) efforts in the North Eastern USA to promote and pursue new business opportunities for a newly incorporated product line. The position involves promoting and developing a culture of superior service quality, ensuring field paperwork is correctly completed and tickets are finalized promptly, and maintaining full compliance with ISO and API QHSE standards. The individual will be responsible for ensuring service quality during operations, building and maintaining customer relationships, and performing sales calls as needed. This role requires working at the wellsite, training and mentoring new employees, and ensuring work complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company and industry standards. The position involves travel to various wellsite locations to perform fishing, milling, toe preps, cleanout, acid wash, and nitrogen lift operations. The individual will advise and support customers on proper procedures and ensure tools are operated within guidelines, occasionally transport and deliver downhole tools, and make up and break down downhole tools at the wellsite. Ensuring all job procedures are followed, recording and preparing accurate job logs, time sheets, BHA diagrams, and safety meeting documents are key responsibilities. Direct contact with the District Manager is required to ensure jobs are completed with the highest degree of service quality. Planning fishing, milling, toe preps, cleanout, acid wash, and nitrogen lift operations, providing feedback to the District Manager on tool performance, and offering technical support with a strong understanding of downhole dynamics are also essential. The role includes calculating on-the-job parameters such as flow rates, velocities, and snubbing loads, ensuring all reporting requirements are met in a timely manner, and performing other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Fully compliant with ISO and API QHSE standards and work methods.
Ability to travel to various wellsite locations.
Strong understanding of downhole dynamics.
Ability to calculate on the job parameters such as flow rates, velocities and snubbing loads.

Responsibilities

Promote and develop a culture of superior service quality to support customer needs and relations.
Ensure field paperwork is correctly completed and that tickets are completed in a timely manner.
Ensure that service quality is maintained during operations.
Build and maintain customer relationships and perform sales calls when necessary.
Work at the wellsite.
Train and mentor new employees.
Ensure work is performed in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations as well as company and industry standards.
Travel to various wellsite locations and perform fishing, milling, toe preps, cleanout, acid wash, and nitrogen lift operations.
Advise and support customers on proper procedures and ensure that tools are operated within the operating guidelines.
Occasionally transport and deliver downhole tools to and from wellsite.
Make up and break down downhole tools at the wellsite.
Ensure all job procedures are followed.
Record and prepare accurate job logs, time sheets, BHA diagrams, safety meeting and other documents.
Be in direct contact with District Manager to ensure jobs are completed with the highest degree of service quality.
