Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic about creating a positive and fun customer experience.
- Monday-Saturday Availability (Required)
- Alternating shifts of 7AM-3PM, 9AM-5PM, 11AM-8PM (Required)
- 2+ years of leadership (Required)
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the drive-thru team to deliver outstanding customer service efficiently.
- Ensure smooth drive-thru operations during all shifts including days, nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Coach and motivate team members to maintain high standards of quality and speed.
