The position also requires comparing simulation models with plant layouts, identifying critical elements for manufacturing processes, and providing detailed reports to leadership. The engineer will support manufacturing plants in bottleneck identification and solution development, supervise a team of simulation engineers, manage project timelines, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert. Additionally, the role includes collecting and validating performance data, overseeing the migration of legacy simulation models, and driving the Digital Twin vision. The position supervises five Material Flow Simulation Engineers and requires 15% domestic travel.
