About The Position

One Vision Thrift Solutions is looking for a Part-Time Thrift Store Team Member to join our team in Clear Lake! In this role, you'll help create a positive shopping and donation experience while supporting the mission of One Vision. Our Thrift Stores play an important role in supporting One Vision services, making this a great opportunity to combine retail and customer service experience with meaningful work in your community.

Requirements

At least 6 months of retail or customer service experience.
An understanding of retail pricing and basic cash-handling practices.
Enjoys working with customers and being part of a team.
Can frequently kneel, reach, walk, carry, and lift large or bulky items.
Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Can successfully complete required pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

Providing friendly and helpful customer service.
Accepting donations from members of the community.
Sorting, processing, and pricing donated merchandise.
Stocking merchandise and maintaining product flow from the backroom to the sales floor.
Operating the cash register and accurately handling transactions.
Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Assisting with moving, lifting, and organizing donated merchandise as needed.
