About The Position

One Vision is seeking a Thrift Store Manager to lead our Fort Dodge Thrift Store. Requirements

5+ years of retail sales experience.
3+ years of leadership/management experience, including at least 1 year of running a retail store (thrift preferred).
Background in financial oversight, inventory control, and merchandising.
High School Diploma or GED (required).
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to train, coach, and inspire team members.
Comfortable with the physical side of retail (lifting, bending, standing, moving items).

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including managing store performance (product flow, inventory, and merchandising).
Lead your team by supervising, training, and developing employees and volunteers.
Deliver customer & donor satisfaction by ensuring positive, mission-centered interactions.
Track results by monitoring KPIs, sales, and budget goals to drive growth.
Create a positive environment by keeping the store clean, safe, and welcoming.
