About The Position
The Boys and Girls Clubs of the Colorado River Thrift Store is hiring for a part-time Thrift Store Associate for our Bullhead City store. While this individual will primarily be at our Bullhead City location, eligible candidates should be willing and able to work at any of our locations in Fort Mohave, or Bullhead.
Requirements
- Strong customer service/organizational skills
- Positive attitude with understanding of the Boys & Girls Club mission including being a 24 hour role model
- Willingness and ability to work in warehouse-like conditions including heat, cold, and dust
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in retail, restaurant/hospitality field, sales or a combination of experience and education/training in at least some of these areas is required
- Must pass criminal background check and drug test upon hire

- Willing to work at any of our locations in Fort Mohave, or Bullhead
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service to our donors, customers and volunteers
- Process incoming donations
- Stock inventory and prepare merchandise displays
- Cleaning and daily organization
- Assist customers in the sale of merchandise
- Work the cash register and follow all cash control policies
- Follow all policies and procedures for sales and for the safe handling and display of merchandise
- Other duties as assigned
