- Previous warehouse, production, stockroom, or retail backroom experience is helpful-but not required. We'll provide the training you need to be successful.
Responsibilities
- Sort donated merchandise by quality, category, and seasonal relevance.
- Identify and separate high-value items for additional review.
- Prepare products for baling, loading, and shipment.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the day.
- Move materials, cardboard, and trash to designated areas.
- Assist with product flow to keep operations running efficiently.
- Report supply needs and equipment concerns to leadership.
- Maintain quality standards while completing work accurately and efficiently.
- Support other departments, including direct support services, when needed.
