• Previous warehouse, production, stockroom, or retail backroom experience is helpful-but not required. We'll provide the training you need to be successful.

Responsibilities

• Sort donated merchandise by quality, category, and seasonal relevance.
• Identify and separate high-value items for additional review.
• Prepare products for baling, loading, and shipment.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the day.
• Move materials, cardboard, and trash to designated areas.
• Assist with product flow to keep operations running efficiently.
• Report supply needs and equipment concerns to leadership.
• Maintain quality standards while completing work accurately and efficiently.
• Support other departments, including direct support services, when needed.
