At Regal Rexnord, our people make all the difference in our success As a Thread Roller at Regal Rexnord you can expect to set-up, calibrate, and operate CNC and manual machinery—including thread rolling, straightening, annealing, sawing, deburring, and inspection—to produce precision components according to specifications. This entry-level position requires basic knowledge of machining principles and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of CNC machine operations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, including GD&T.
• Use of inspection equipment to include, but not limited to: Micrometers, pitch micrometers, indicator micrometers, calipers, lead checker, thread gauges, length gages, and tape measures
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Attention to detail and quality control.
• Good organizational skills, ability to perform and maintain 5S
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Good reading and comprehension.
• The ability to work long periods standing up; lift and manipulate heavy loads (up to 60 lbs); Twist, turn, bend, stoop, push, pull, reach and walk repetitively, and work with oils, coolants and lubricants.
• Must be willing to work overtime, which may include occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC or manual machines to produce parts according to blueprints and specifications.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Measure and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Ability to set up machines, run first piece inspections and maintain production
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records.
• Other duties as assigned.
