About The Position

As a Thought Leadership Survey Development Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of industries by creating unique perspectives and insights on overarching themes and industry-specific subjects. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will drive strategic sales and marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility and capturing new business opportunities. By utilizing market research, digital marketing, and creative campaigns, you will engage clients and promote the firm's services. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business growth efforts. You will make impactful decisions and oversee multiple projects, maintaining executive-level relations. Translating the vision, you will set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of projects, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are all foundational to our success. In this role, you will develop new ideas, solutions, and structures, driving thought leadership. You will solve problems by exploring multiple angles and using creativity, encouraging others to do the same. You will also promote technological advances, creating an environment where people and technology thrive together.

Requirements

  • At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
  • At least 8 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experience
