About The Position

As a Digital Product Manager II, you lead development for a major feature set, workflow, or segment of a larger product. You own the roadmap and are trusted to drive outcomes with minimal oversight. You connect high-level business strategy to detailed execution and ensure your area of ownership is delivering measurable impact. Serve as the primary relationship manager and strategic point of contact for a portfolio of global third-party technology partners. Identify, develop, and activate commercial opportunities by connecting appropriate stakeholders within FedEx and partner organizations. Translate business, product, and technical requirements between FedEx teams and external partner developers to ensure successful integrations and alignment. Lead partner onboarding, technical enablement, certification, launch, and ongoing lifecycle management activities. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Commercial, and Data teams to improve partner experience, integration processes, and program scalability. Review and recommend enhancements to the Global Integrator Agreement, including standard customization frameworks that balance FedEx interests with market expectations. Monitor partner performance, adoption, and growth metrics; use insights to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making. Advocate for partner needs internally while promoting FedEx products, capabilities, and strategic initiatives externally. Facilitate issue resolution and cross-functional coordination to ensure high-quality execution of partnership initiatives. Represent FedEx in partner reviews, technical workshops, industry events, and joint business planning activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate communication, and drive execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, market research, and business case analysis.

  • Demonstrated experience managing strategic technology partnerships within logistics, transportation, e-commerce, SaaS, or enterprise software ecosystems.
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across executive, business, and technical audiences.
  • Experience serving as a liaison between business and technical teams, translating requirements and facilitating successful digital integration initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, web services, and modern digital integration models, including developer-facing platforms and partner ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and improving processes in complex, matrixed organizations without direct authority.
