About The Position

SuperATV wasn’t born in a boardroom. It started with one mission: build parts that riders can trust. The same hands-on, do-it-yourself mindset still drives everything we do. Our fast paced and casual work environment is highly focused on “Working to Wow” our customers, community, and employees. The Third-Party Product and Portfolio Manager is a critical position responsible for building and managing externally sourced product portfolios across SuperATV, High Lifter, and Side By Side Stuff. The Third-Party Product and Portfolio Manager identifies product opportunities, evaluates commercial potential, manages third-party products through the New Product Development process, and coordinates the operational work required to launch and support those products. This role owns sales and profitability performance for the assigned third-party portfolio and drives portfolio rationalization decisions across brands, products, and vendors. The position serves as the central link among vendors, Product Management, E-commerce, Marketing, Merchandising, IT, Customer Service, Sales, and internal operations. Success requires strong commercial judgment, analytical capability, project discipline, supplier-management skills, and the ability to move multiple product opportunities from idea through launch and ongoing portfolio optimization.
