About The Position

Raytheon is hiring a Third-Party Logistics Analyst to oversee and manage the logistics execution and contract oversight of Raytheon’s strategic Third-Party Logistics (3PL) supplier. Selected candidate will be responsible for Raytheon’s Northeast Region logistics activities on-site at our Third-Party Logistics Manchester, NH location. The selected candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the Third-Party Logistics warehouse leadership to ensure warehousing logistics performance is aligned with Raytheon Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), including, but not limited to, inbound and picking/packing and outbound customer processes. The candidate will assist in identifying, developing, activities with our Third-Party Logistics through process improvements to support customer expectations. Additionally, the candidate will help to monitor Third-Party Logistics compliance with contract requirements and ensure output quality is aligned with expectations. Lastly, the candidate will serve as the primary liaison between our Third-Party Logistics and Raytheon. The ideal candidate must demonstrate leadership characteristics and can shift frequently between strategic and tactical tasks. Candidates must demonstrate ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, including, but not limited to, touch labor employees, supervisors, management, and senior leadership, both from Third-Party Logistics and Raytheon organizations.

Requirements

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum two (2) years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
Experience working within a factory, warehouse or in a Third-Party Logistics environment.
Experience in leadership or management.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

Overseeing 3PL warehousing execution and driving process improvement opportunities through lean manufacturing concepts and principles
Serving as key liaison between 3PL and Raytheon factory and program offices
Lead highly complex 3PL outbound customer deliveries.
Oversee 3PL compliance with contract requirements.
Coordinate and manger outbound customer orders.
Collaborate between the 3PL and Raytheon factory and program office to ensure outbound customer orders might contractual obligations.
