The role will provide L2/L3 production support, monitoring, administration, and incident resolution for MES applications built on the PTC/Velotic ThingWorx platform, including CWC, AMU, and RTPPM. The position requires strong shop-floor application support, ITSM discipline, and coordination across IT, OT, business, and vendor teams.

Requirements

• Experience supporting MES applications in manufacturing or regulated production environments.
• Hands-on experience with PTC ThingWorx / Velotic ThingWorx and shop-floor systems.
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server troubleshooting and data validation skills.
• Knowledge of SSO, SSL certificates, secure application connectivity, and OT networking.
• Experience with ServiceNow, ITSM processes, incident management, problem management, change management, SLA tracking, and ITIL support standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support, monitoring, administration, and incident resolution for MES applications built on the PTC/Velotic ThingWorx platform, including CWC, AMU, and RTPPM.
• Coordinate across IT, OT, business, and vendor teams.
