About The Position
onsemi is seeking a Thin Film EQ Maintenance manager in our Gresham site. This position is a key player at onsemi’s 200mm semiconductor fab manufacturing facility. You will manage a dynamic team of engineers and technicians responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and supporting a fleet of (Thin Films) tools. Your team’s execution has a direct impact on the company’s strategic plan to optimize capacity and factory performance. Requirements
- Management of a team of engineers and technicians on a four-shift compressed workweek.
- Experience with Thin Films equipment including AMAT Endura - both PVD/CVD (TxZ), AMAT Centura (HDP and DxZ), AMAT Producer (SACVD), Novellus Concept 2 (Speed, Sequel, and Altus).
- Management of a budget of $3.2M in 2023 for Spares/Consumables.
