Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Visual acuity of at least 20/50 for distance (corrected or uncorrected) and a minimal near vision ability to read 10 – 12 point font at a distance of 12 – 18 inches.
Ability to lead and direct in a positive manner.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance to support the production departments.
Search for comprehensive solutions to technical issues.
Look for improvements that can be made in the production departments and implement them.
Contact contractors and requisition funds for projects.
Schedule training and informational seminars.
Oversee work to insure project is completed correctly and on time.
Acquire bids and proposals for work to be completed.
Manage and work on various projects as requested by the Engineering Manager.
