Thermoforming/Plastics Machine Operator (Level I)
About The Position

Ideal candidates will have machine operating experience working in a manufacturing environment supporting injection molding, thermoforming, plastic forming equipment and/or extruder/extrusion processes. Shift Availability: 6:45pm-7:00am
Requirements
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic problems including knowledge of machines and tools, their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
- Math skills to include simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues
Nice To Haves
- Machine operating experience working in a manufacturing environment supporting injection molding, thermoforming, plastic forming equipment and/or extruder/extrusion processes
Responsibilities
- Assist with setting-up, starting, diagnosing, troubleshooting and properly shutting down process equipment
- Assist with process machinery from raw materials through downstream finished goods
- Maintain production logs and reports as required
- Perform production process in SAP as required
