About The Position

This is a full-time position on the third shift in manufacturing. The role involves processing new products by adjusting forming, die cutting, and stacking. Responsibilities include monitoring product quality, taking and documenting production samples, ensuring proper packing and palletizing, changing rolls on the Thermoforming Line, and adhering to hygiene procedures. The operator must also be able to read and update production schedules, product specifications, and logs on the company production website, and communicate effectively with team members.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be able to speak, read and write basic English.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with other colleagues across all functions of the organization.
• Experience working within a production environment
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Thermoforming Operator or has demonstrated prior equivalent experience and knowledge.

Nice To Haves

• Training in Food Safety environments

Responsibilities

• Process (Dial-in) a new product by adjusting the forming, die cutting, and stacking.
• Monitor the quality of the product, take production samples, check for different quality issues, and document them.
• Ensure the product is properly packed and palletized.
• Change rolls on the Thermoforming Line.
• Ensure all hygiene procedures are being followed and document the necessary items.
• Read, understand, and update the production schedule, the product specifications, the daily log, and the QC log in the company production website.
• Effectively communicate with other team players on the shift, including packers and floor personnel.
