About The Position

As a Thermal Spray Operator, you’ll be hands-on in our core process—applying advanced coatings that protect and enhance critical components. You will operate and become certified in Combustion, Plasma, HVOF (High Velocity Oxy-Fuel), and/or Electric Arc thermal spray systems. You will follow technical drawings, blueprints, and process plans to ensure precision and quality. You will also maintain a safe and clean work environment and perform additional production tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR (able to provide a U.S. passport, birth certificate, green card, or naturalization certificate)
• Able to pass a background check and DOT drug screening
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to doing things right the first time
• Ability to work one of the following shifts: 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri, 3PM-11:30PM) or 3rd Shift (Mon-Fri, 11PM-7:30AM- technically begins Sun night)
• Training will likely take place Mon-Fri during 1st shift hours.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of experience in thermal spray or a related aerospace/manufacturing environment, preferably plasma
