This includes practicing strict sanitation and GMP practices, operating various equipment, and maintaining essential documentation to comply with USDA, USDA Chilling regulations, and GMP regulations. The position requires a strong understanding of thermal processing and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.
