Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to safely assist with patient mobility and therapy equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a therapy aide, rehabilitation technician, or in a related healthcare environment is preferred but not required.
• Candidates with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to learn are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with patient care activities as directed and within established guidelines.
• Prepare treatment areas and therapy equipment before and after patient sessions.
• Assist with patient transportation, equipment set-up, and equipment delivery.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of therapy equipment and treatment areas.
• Follow infection prevention and control procedures to maintain a safe clinical environment.
• Monitor therapy areas to ensure they are clean, organized, and ready for patient care.
• Support therapists with daily operational tasks to promote efficient patient flow.
• Provide courteous, compassionate service to patients, families, and coworkers.
