About The Position
Adventist Rehabilitation - Rockville is seeking an experienced Therapy Technician (CNA) for their Inpatient Rehabilitation department. This role involves assisting staff with direct patient care, maintaining equipment and supplies, ensuring a safe and clean environment, and performing other operational tasks as needed. The position also contributes to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- High School education and diploma or equivalent
- Maryland Certified Nursing Assistant
- Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Nice To Haves
- Both weekend AND weekday availability are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Physically assists staff with direct patient care.
- Maintains equipment and inventories supplies and equipment.
- Maintains an environment conducive to patient care, cleanliness, and patient/staff safety.
- Performs other operational tasks in response to the needs of the rehab dept.
- Contributes to Process Improvement Process.
