About The Position

H2 Health is seeking an experienced Therapy Recruiter to support hiring efforts across our growing outpatient rehabilitation organization. This role will focus on recruiting top therapy talent across multiple service lines, including adult outpatient rehabilitation, senior services, and pediatric therapy programs. We are looking for a recruiter who understands the rehabilitation therapy industry and has direct experience recruiting therapy professionals in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, organized, proactive, and passionate about helping clinicians find meaningful career opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience preferred
  • Direct experience recruiting rehabilitation therapy professionals required
  • Experience recruiting PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs, SLPAs, and BCBAs strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of outpatient therapy and rehabilitation roles
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for therapy and healthcare-related positions
  • Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach
  • Recruit for rehabilitation therapy disciplines including: Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), Occupational Therapists (OT), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-priority openings
  • Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to support staffing needs
  • Maintain accurate candidate tracking within the applicant tracking system
  • Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
