About The Position

Due to our continued growth, Anders Group has an exciting opportunity for you to join one of the fastest-growing Staffing Companies in the industry. Anders Group is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Therapy Recruiter who will source, screen and present candidates to deliver high-quality therapy professionals for assignments with Anders Groupâs clients (each, a âTravelerâ), while building and maintaining strong relationships with travelers and Anders Groupâs clients. This is a true sales role where you are the CEO of your desk, hunting for new candidates and closing deals. Your product is top-tier therapists, and your commission is a direct result of your performance. The Travel Therapy Recruiter must be initiative-taking, possess a strong work ethic, and have exceptional relationship-building skills. What the Therapy Recruiter does every day: Talk, talk, talk! Engage with candidates through phone, email, social media, and more âin a world of texting, your conversations matter! Source candidates through various platforms who are interested in a traveling therapy career. Present candidates as a potential match, highlighting their strengths and alignment with our mission. Itâs never a dull or slow day; we have thousands of jobs a week to fill and lives to impact. Collaborate with therapists to create meaningful work opportunities that help everyone succeed! Requirements

Travel Therapy/Allied Healthcare Staffing or Therapist experience preferred
Associates/Bachelors degree preferred.
Experience in sales or service industry preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft products including Outlook.
Sales mentality with a competitive, goal-driven mindset

Responsibilities

Initiate phone calls to candidates, including prospecting and fast follow-up with job board applicants, and qualify potential traveler candidates for hire and assignment to Anders Groupâs clients.
Utilize a variety of recruiting tools to develop a growing pipeline of potential traveler therapy candidates including an internal database, referrals, etc. Requires organization, inputting data into CRM, and follow up on tasks created.
Develop relationships and influence candidates regarding the job market. People are our WHY.
Influence potential traveler candidates on the benefits of employment with travel and assignment to Anders Groupâs clients.
Create candidatesâ compensation packages and guide potential traveler candidate profiles to submit to Anders Groupâs clients including all necessary documentation.
Continuing building relationships with Travelers while on assignment to maintain customer service.
Identify, address and plan for âred flagâ concerns with or about Travelers on assignment to ensure everyone is set up for success.
