About The Position
As a Therapy Patient Access Clerk at Riverwood Healthcare Center, you play a crucial role in ensuring seamless patient experiences from the moment they enter our facilities. Your primary responsibility is to facilitate the scheduling and registration process with accuracy, efficiency, and empathy. You will be the initial point of contact for patients, gathering essential information, verifying insurance details, and guiding them through administrative procedures.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED strongly required.
- One year customer service experience required.
- One year of computer experience required.
Nice To Haves
- AA degree or a certification in the healthcare field strongly preferred.
- Healthcare field customer service experience preferred.
- Electronic health record experience preferred.
Responsibilities
