Get to Know Your Team: Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field.
- 7+ years of acute care experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy.
- Current New Jersey Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology License required.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, directing, supervising, and coordinating Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Diagnostic Imaging services.
- Oversees quality, patient experience, regulatory compliance, financial performance, staffing, and strategic initiatives across assigned departments.
