At Medtronic, we are dedicated to improving the lives of people living with neurological disorders, spine conditions, and chronic pain through innovative technologies and therapies. Our Pelvic Health division focuses on providing treatments for conditions such as overactive bladder, urinary retention, and fecal incontinence using our sacral neuromodulation (SNM) and percutaneous tibial neuromodulation (PTNM) systems. We aim to expand access to these therapies and introduce new ones to help millions of people regain their quality of life. As a Pelvic Health Therapy Development Specialist, you will be instrumental in the successful introduction and adoption of new overactive bladder (OAB) therapies. You will provide in-depth technical support and guidance to healthcare professional (HCP) teams, fostering their confidence, capability, and belief in our innovative therapies. This remote position requires the candidate to reside within the assigned territory and travel frequently to multiple accounts. The ideal candidate is energized by partnering with HCPs to offer new therapies and motivated to expand patient access. A strong background in medical device technology, product and procedure expertise, therapy development experience, agility, adaptability, and the ability to manage complex stakeholders are essential. This role involves over 50% travel within the assigned district and potentially outside of it as business needs dictate.
