About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is hiring a full-time Therapy Aide for an entry-level role in a skilled nursing facility. This position supports daily rehab operations and helps maintain a smooth, efficient environment for resident care.
Requirements
- Reliable with strong attendance
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Patient and respectful when interacting with residents
- Able to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
- No experience required; training provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist with moving residents to and from scheduled sessions
- Prepare and reset treatment areas throughout the day
- Support staff during sessions with basic tasks as needed
- Keep equipment clean and properly stored
- Maintain an organized and ready-to-use therapy space
