About The Position

MOTION PT Group, a member of the Confluent Health Family, is seeking a part-time Therapy Aide. As a Therapy Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting our physical therapists and ensuring a smooth and effective treatment environment for our patients. This role involves preparing patients for treatment, assisting with their needs, and maintaining the therapy areas and equipment. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about movement and empowering patients to regain their mobility and quality of life.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Looking for candidates who are available all year round

Nice To Haves

• Pre-physical therapy/allied health degree track preferred.
• Background in health, wellness, or personal training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients for treatment, assisting with transfers and transportation.
• Preparing equipment and treatment areas.
• Cleaning treatment areas and maintaining a tidy gym environment.
• Ensuring treatment areas are well stocked.
• Efficiently setting up patients with modalities to ensure safety and comfort.
