About The Position

Seeking a full-time Therapy Aide to join a growing multi-disciplinary team at Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Frisco, TX. This outpatient facility position involves facilitating efficient patient care by assisting clinicians, maintaining clinic cleanliness, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license.
BLS Certification or completion within 90 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of hospital experience as therapy aide preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitating efficient patient care by assisting clinicians in set up/take down of patient interventions.
Assisting clinicians for direct patient care (transferring, toileting).
Acting as a second set of hands for fall risk patients.
Ensuring clinic and equipment cleanliness.
Performing administrative tasks such as ordering and compliance manual completion.
Light equipment maintenance.
Driving routes to transport patients to and from clinic.
Assistance to front desk for light clerical tasks.
Setting up patients on therapeutic activities.
Facilitating exercise groups.
Other duties as assigned.
