About The Position

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Anna is looking for a seasonal Physical Therapy Aide. This position is PRN (as needed) and will be available through the summer of 2026. The ideal candidate is a high school graduate or college student interested in pursuing the field of Physical Therapy.

Requirements

• High school graduate or college student interested in pursuing the field of Physical Therapy
• Energetic, able to multi-task, adaptable, and eager to learn and contribute to a positive team
• BLS Certification or completion within 90 days of hire

Nice To Haves

• Previous tech experience preferred but not required
• One or more years of hospital experience as therapy aide preferred

Responsibilities

• Infection control cleaning
• Laundry
• Light equipment maintenance
• Assistance to clinicians for direct patient care as needed
• Assistance to front desk for light clerical tasks
• Other duties as assigned
