About The Position

Motion PT Group, a member of the Confluent Health Family, is seeking a part-time Therapy Aide. As a movement maker, you will empower patients to get back to what moves them. This role is crucial in supporting therapists and ensuring a smooth patient experience. The position is located at 118-35 Queens Blvd, Suite 1550 Forest Hills, NY, and requires 20-29 hours per week, with the work schedule to be discussed during the interview. The salary is $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Looking for candidates who are available all year round

Nice To Haves

• Pre-physical therapy/allied health degree track preferred.
• Background in health, wellness, or personal training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients for treatment, assisting with transfers and transportation.
• Preparing equipment and treatment areas.
• Cleaning treatment areas and maintaining a tidy gym environment.
• Ensuring treatment areas are well stocked.
• Efficiently setting up patients with modalities to ensure safety and comfort.
