About The Position

Motion PT Group, a member of the Confluent Health Family, is seeking a part-time Therapy Aide to join their team. This role involves preparing patients for treatment, assisting with transfers and transportation, setting up equipment, cleaning treatment areas, and ensuring they are well-stocked. The ideal candidate will be available year-round and have a background in health, wellness, or personal training. Motion PT Group focuses on empowering patients through movement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Looking for candidates who are available all year round

Nice To Haves

• Pre-physical therapy/allied health degree track preferred.
• Background in health, wellness, or personal training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients for treatment, assisting with transfers and transportation.
• Preparing equipment and treatment areas.
• Cleaning treatment areas and maintaining a tidy gym environment.
• Ensuring treatment areas are well stocked.
• Efficiently setting up patients with modalities to ensure safety and comfort.
