About The Position

MOTION PT Group, a member of the Confluent Health Family, is seeking a part-time Therapy Aide. This role involves preparing patients for treatment, assisting with transfers and transportation, preparing and cleaning treatment areas, stocking supplies, and setting up patients with modalities for safety and comfort. The position is part-time, with 20-29 hours per week, and the work schedule will be discussed during the interview. MOTION PT Group is committed to empowering patients to get back to what moves them.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Looking for candidates who are available all year round

Nice To Haves

• Pre-physical therapy/allied health degree track preferred.
• Background in health, wellness, or personal training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients for treatment, assisting with transfers and transportation.
• Preparing equipment and treatment areas.
• Cleaning treatment areas and maintaining a tidy gym environment.
• Ensuring treatment areas are well stocked.
• Efficiently setting up patients with modalities to ensure safety and comfort.
