About The Position

Big Stone Therapies is currently seeking a part-time, temporary Therapy Aide to join their team at their rehabilitative therapy clinic in Granite Falls, MN, located at 345 10th Ave. This summer position is scheduled for 24-28 hours per week. Big Stone Therapies, Inc. is dedicated to providing excellence in rehabilitation services by optimizing health and function for families and businesses within their communities through caring, hands-on healing.

Requirements

Require high school graduate or equivalent.
Strong computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Office products, the Internet, and the ability to learn new systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients and co-workers in a professional manner.
Excellent phone etiquette and in-person customer service abilities.
Able to adapt and thrive in a changing and fast paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Prefer college students with plans to pursue a career in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy/Speech Language Pathology

Responsibilities

Scheduling/Aide
Maintain clinic supplies
Prepare and sanitize treatment spaces and equipment
Maintain treatment spaces and waiting area
Contact and schedule equipment maintenance
Assist with patient transport
Assist with facilitation of telehealth services
Demonstrate excellent customer service in all interactions with patients, visitors, referral sources, co-workers, and all other parties
Courteously receive and respond to incoming telephone calls and emails
Maintain confidentiality and security of Protected Health Information
Distribute mail
Scan, fax, and print documents
Maintain patient charts
Opening and closing duties
Attend meetings as required
Other clinic duties as assigned
