Responsibilities

  • Supports the Marshall Pediatric Therapy mission by: "Helping Families Grow Skills for a Better Life"
  • Exemplifies our company values of love, excellence, happiness, family, and courage
  • Prepare treatment spaces for patient treatment as outlined by the therapist, and according to the clinic standard of treatment
  • Clean treatment areas, supplies, linens, and workspaces to maximize face-to-face treatment time with patients.
  • Stock linen and prepare treatment areas daily; treatment areas are to be maintained throughout each working day
  • Follow all safety procedures and precautions when assisting with patient treatment
  • Observe patient development during sessions and document their response
  • Maintain patient confidentiality
  • Assist with any administrative duties as led by the front office team to allow for the best patient experience.
  • Train on front office duties as a backup in rush times or for coverage needs
  • Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with families, colleagues, referral sources, and community agencies
  • This position will also have the unique opportunity to be cross-trained in our front office associate role and help out as needed.
